on my agenda.....oh well finishing tons of trim work, paint touch-ups getting all new siding and windows installed!! <3 oh and of course dragging out all the fall/Halloween decorations, cleaning out the garage so I can actually park my car in there, and and of course, getting married in 5 weeks! :) yay!

I have really been enjoying your blog. We recently moved into out first house and can definitely relate to your challenges!

My carpenter husband and I are working on our 2010 ten to do list:
1. New garage door (so bad, and so retro in not the good way), 2. Insulate the garage/ attic (um winter is fast approaching), 3. Chair rail in the hallway (the fun and pretty project), 4. Doing up my art studio in the basement (I am going to kick that one solo), Laundry Room (nothing cute about it).
Time to get cracking- much easier to tackle projects when it is cold and nasty outside, oh winter when I turn into a DIY Hermit!

My youngest two (twins) start school tomorrow for the first time, alongside my elder two (not twins!!) so I will have oodles of spare time for the first time in ten years....well, compared to having them at home all day, anyway! I am beyond excited! I have written list after list of things I want to do, things I want to try in my Year of Creativity, as I am calling this school year for me!
