Vintage Camera Photo Series

I had this idea that I should photograph some of the old cameras I've collected over the years and blow them up as artwork. I do think they are beautiful and it gives me the ultimate reason to keep collecting but I'm not sure where to hang them.  [sidebar: prints are available in the gift shop]

I think these might be fun to put in our shore living room but obviously it's not very "beachy".  Not that everything has to be so literal but not sure if its the right spot.  What do you think?

  1. I love this idea! I have two vintage cameras displayed in my living room, but I'd love to have more.

  2. It will definitely work at the beach. Basically, when you are there even for just a week-end, you are on vacation, and a camera is as important on a vacation as luggage. There's your justification for hanging them on the shore condo's wall.

  7. What about creating a montage of all of them and printing one big poster and put it in a nice frame

  8. Cameras mean vacation, beach or otherwise, so I think they would be a nice alternative to the expected seashore, gulls or sunset artwork. Hang them in a grid for a nice geometric touch. Look forward to seeing them hung.
