ReplyDeleteI got the scissors at Christmas Tree Shoppes 3 years ago. I don't know what possessed me to buy it because I didnt use it until now.
ReplyDeleteI used photoshop for this but you could use any photo editing software. I know there are some free ones out there that let you do simple stuff like this.
