So while I was commuting back and forth from the NICU, they were working on the nursery and this would definately be the cherry on top!! PS... So, that's how I found your blog and became hooked on it. I look forward to your posts. They definitely inspire me. I would love the lou lou ghost chair for my son. He is finally getting his own room(he is four months old) in our new house. It would just go perfect in there. Happy blogging !

  157. If truth be told, my next door neighbor Stephanie is the one who wanted me to help her win the chair for her 3 year old daughter Jamie. When I got to the website I realized how much I have always LOVED these chairs.. so now I am wondering if I can fit my very adult behind in my next door neighbor's daughter's chair. Or, if I could get away with not having her over for the next 13 years, because if I won it.. I would have to keep it! :) C'mon Steph! They are fabulous!!

I left Brooklyn to move to Louisville, Colorado and I found your blog when I was feeling homesick for my old life.

I love to see the work you are doing on your house and I check your blog most everyday. I have two small kids and the ghost chair would be much loved and used in our house (a 70's ranch to replace the brownstone).

  199. In classic French design a small louis type chair is often used as a footstool facing a larger chair of the same design. I think that is a great way to use the new baby louis chair.
