My photos? Seriously?

I've had a few emails from people who say they would like to purchase some of my photos for their own personal use. I am completely flattered anyone would even consider parting with (even a little) of their hard earned cash to have something I had a hand in!

So last night, I signed up for Zenfolio - a service that allows me to sell photos directly without having to deal with doing my own ordering and shipping. Prints start at just $6!

After my 2 week trial is up, I will have to buy a membership to continue the service. If I'm wrong about my skepticism and there are actually people out there that are interested, I would be so honored.

I'd love to hear about if you do order. If its a bust then I'll just shut it down. So far, I've only uploaded my Moscow photos but Ill add some more as well. If there is something specific you would like me to add, just say the word. You can see all of my photos here.

  15. Your photographs really are wonderful. I took a few notes about your style along with me on my last vacation to remind myself to pay more attention to the details!

Speaking of photography, I came across this yesterday on another blog I read and immediately thought of you and your love of really unique invitations. (I realize this is weird, because I don't know you, but I truly have been impressed by how creative you are in this area.) Perhaps this is something you can file for later use?

  17. I love this idea! I love your art and i like the idea of using your photography over something i just buy at a random store and never even know the artist's name. I mean I know i don't know you but i know a little bit of your story from your blog. Okay now i just sound weird!

But yes, i will want to buy a piece in the future. ha ha ha

I love this idea. When looking at your photos I have often thought "oh, I'd love that photo." My head is so stuck in the mud with other projects that I can't even think how I would go about using your images in my home right now. So, I hope the shop stays up so that when my head clears I can get to shopping.

    Happy long weekend.

  20. Do not be surprised that people want to buy your photographs! I love the pictures on your site - they are the kinds of photos I would love to take. I am in the process of moving into a smaller space than what I am used to. Once the move is over, and I have culled through everything I plan on buying some of your prints for the new place.
