Shore Kitchen Update

We are now down to just a punch list of things to finish up at the shore kitchen. Woo-hoo!

The backsplash is up, the hardware is partially in, the touch faucet is operational (and I could not be more enamored with it!) and the open shelves are up.   I'll be posting more details once I have better photos.

Aside from small fixes, its pretty much there.  Then it will be time to work on the styling - kitchen table, artwork and accessories.  My favorite and considerably more fun than construction.  Any suggestions?

  1. Looks great! Which faucet did you decide on? I have a touch faucet that I can't wait to install.

    1. We used the Delta Trinsic faucet ( and its awesome. I never realized I was a gadget person before this. Which one do you have?

  2. Love, love the hex tile.

  3. What a beautiful kitchen! loving that hex tile!! can't wait to see the final product!

  4. I adore the honeycomb pattern!

  5. Love the tile and I can't wait to see the finished space.

I'm having palpitations just gazing at that gorgeous hexagon tile. Simple yet just the right amount of detail in your new kitchen. Great job! I probably already recommended this but I really like the style of West Elm for tables, chairs and accessories (and the price is usually right) so I'd start there. Enjoy the decorating process! And CB2 is kind of fun, modern and well-priced too.

  7. Those hexagon tiles are gorgeous!

  8. i love the hexagon tiles where do you find them??
