You might notice I don't often talk about what is on or off trend here. Thats mostly because I feel like almost anything - whether super new or seen everywhere - can be done well, when done right. So rather than bashing what's out, I thought it would be fun to discuss some great trends we can defend.

Today's spotlight is on kraft paper rolls in the dining room and elsewhere. It's the next chalkboard wall people (and you know how much I love a chalkboard wall!) Cheap and approachable - its uses are endless. Kraft paper is already a trend in stationery and packaging and used widely in commercial spaces but its just as practical in residential situations too. Which reminds, me, I need to go out and get a big role.
What do you think? Is this a trend you can get behind? Have you used kraft paper in your own decor? Please share it!
